Polyester painted aluminium stripe creates aesthetics and design concepts that enable architects and builders to create striking and stunning structures because it can be adapted to any shape.
We use state-of-the-art equipment and technology to produce polyester (PE) coated aluminum coils. Continuous roller coating to avoid color differences. In an oven at 240 degrees Celsius, the polyester paint forms a solid, high-performance protective layer on the aluminum surface, preventing corrosion and contamination. The thickness of the polyester layer is 16 ± 1 μm.
Litong’s polyester painted aluminium stripe is suitable to be worked up in a sectional rolling and pressing processes for louvers of Exterior Horizontal Blinds flashings. Aluminum with different types of alloy and metal thicknesses. The lacquer used is polyester paint .This applies to both production technical properties as well as to paint properties including outdoor resistance.
